We provide our service online through Zoom. Acceptance of such Zoom meeting for consultation, you are agreed to be bound to zoom’s terms and conditions.
You can book a free discovery call to be fully explained our service and select the best package that suits you. Before booking, you will fill in a form and shall be asked to provide information about yourself such as your name, email address, your phone number, etc., and the sleep issue for your child. You still have the option to request a booking without a discovery call, through the website.
If you agreed to get consultation after a free discovery call, we would send you the intake form, payment link, and the consent document, and agreement with terms of conditions for the purchased package.
You are agreed to follow the recommendation from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) on safe sleep practices. It is your responsibility to keep your child safe by following the recommendation by the AAP.
Results are entirely dependent on the child’s age and health, and your commitment and consistency with the plan written by Yasmine Gaddis.
You are agreed to pay the full fee in advance prior to getting the service; the refund policy is explained in an agreement based on the selected package.
Emails, calls, meetings on Zoom shall be responded to by us between Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm Egypt time (GMT+2).
We reserve the right to cancel our service at any time with or without giving notice to you. In such circumstances, you shall be fully refunded in 30 days period of time or join another consultancy service on a later date.
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify them without notice, you can check the website for the latest prices.
It is your responsibility to inform Yasmine Gaddis of any medical condition such as ear infection, allergies, asthma, etc that might affect sleep.
A consultancy that is provided by us during the process is based on scientific research and studies, and should not be treated as a substitute for any professional medical information/service.
We do not offer any medical service; you should contact your pediatrician/healthcare provider for your child’s medical issue.
Our advice to the parents to read the plan carefully before following any sleep training/routine.
You are agreed to keep all the information received by the consultant confidential that is not to be shared with a third-party without our written consent except for your child’s pediatrician/healthcare provider as stated before.
